Yes, all products sold on Pokemoncard ARG are 100% authentic. We source our inventory directly from official distributors to ensure every item is genuine.

What are the shipping costs and delivery times?

We offer nationwide shipping across Argentina. Delivery times typically range from 3 to 7 business days depending on your location. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your address.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 10 days of delivery, provided the items are in their original, unopened packaging. Please note that opened booster packs or individual cards cannot be returned.

How do you protect cards during shipping?

We take pride in our packaging. All individual cards are shipped in sleeves and toploaders, while sealed products are wrapped in bubble wrap and sturdy boxes to prevent damage during transit.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards through Mercado Pago, as well as bank transfers and cash payments via Rapipago or Pago Fácil.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we only ship within Argentina. We are working on expanding our logistics to reach other countries in the near future.
